A New Chapter for Our Sales Team
We're excited to share that Janine Borel has been named Vice President of Sales at Prairie City Bakery, effective May 1. She steps into the role succeeding Anna Masur, who is retiring after an incredible 16 years with the company.
Anna joined PCB in 2010 as our Eastern Division Sales Manager and grew into the VP of Sales role in 2015. Over the years, she helped build our national sales organization from the ground up, deepened relationships with our distributor and retail partners, and guided the company through some of its most significant growth. Her fingerprints are all over what Prairie City Bakery has become, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she's contributed. We wish her all the best in a well-earned retirement.
Janine joined the PCB team in July 2025 as Director of National Accounts for Center Store, bringing a wealth of experience across convenience, foodservice, retail, and national accounts. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering real, sustainable growth, and we've already seen that firsthand.
